In a recent interview with The Independent, Bon Jovi said, „I can’t tell you that I honestly was very aware of it; I think it was for another generation,“ although he did praise her work ethic.

„Millie is a movie star,“ he said. Jake just released his debut film, and we recently attended the Damsel movie premiere with her. I’m glad for him.

In 1989, the singer of „Livin‘ on a Prayer“ married Dorothea Hurley, his childhood girlfriend.

Regarding his son’s union with Brown, Bon Jovi continued, „They are two young people pursuing a dream together, so we’re supportive of it because our hope is that the kids will grow together, as is Millie’s parents‘ hope, since Bob and Kelly Brown too met when they were very young.“

„They’re excellent children, but everything beyond that is beyond our control as parents—all four of us.“ They will solve the problem.
